Central Numana, part of a typical Conero stone house, we rent a splendid panoramic three-room apartment located in a delightful corner in the most particular area of the country.
The apartment located in the highest part of a typical white stone building consists of: living room with sofa and dining table, kitchen room, mezzanine used as a study and TV room with sofa bed for 1 person and armchairs, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds (pax. 4/5), bathroom with shower cabin + toilet, terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and electric roller awning.
The interiors and the decor are pleasant.
Equipmentre: color TV, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, roll-up awning to cover the terrace and outdoor furniture.
The house is located in Numana near the ‘Tower‘, the medieval arch located in the square overlooking the tourist port. This position is convenient to all services and to the evening stroll, offering an enchanting view of the sea, the marina and the entire coast.</p >
The beach is reachable on foot (200m) or by excellent and frequent free shuttle bus service made available by the “la Spiaggiola” beach.

Conditions of withdrawal
If the withdrawal is due to travel restrictions following decrees or ordinances for the covid-19 emergency and communicated within 21 days before the start of the trip, it will be < strong>refunded to the traveler the entire fee of participation (with the exception of agency fees equal to 30 euros).
