The ZENZERO mini-apartment is located on the first floor in a typical Conero stone building in Via Flaminia n°107, a short distance from the beach and tourist port of Numana, mt. 150 from the small shopping center useful for daily shopping. Strategic location and convenient to all services.
Small house adjacent to the “Costarella“, the old fishermen’s stairway which leads from the beach to the central part of the town and the evening promenade.
The maisonette consists of; large room with double bed + single bed (pax n.3), kitchenette with induction burners, dining table with n.3 chairs, bathroom with shower cabin, n.2 terraces with sea view.
Equipment; fridge/freezer, color TV, washing machine, air conditioning.
Minimum booking 2 nights.

Conditions of withdrawal
If the withdrawal is due to travel restrictions following decrees or ordinances for the covid-19 emergency and communicated within 21 days before the start of the trip, it will be < strong>refunded to the traveler the entire fee of participation (with the exception of agency fees equal to 30 euros).
