The villa develops overall on the ground floor and is made up of:

large porch well equipped with furniture, living room with sofas and dining table, kitchen and pantry, double bedroom and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom with 2 single beds and internal bathroom with walk-in shower, laundry, ironing.

The equipment available are; fridge/freezer, color TV, washing machine, barbecue, deck chairs and sun loungers.

The cottage is located in an exclusive district of the town that can be reached by a small terminal road with no access to cars, inhabited mostly by local families and characterized by the presence of villas with gardens. Maximum privacy.

Home ideal for families, group of friends or couples (max 4 people) who love getting around on foot and staying in a quiet and relaxing area .

The beaches are a short distance away and easy to reach on foot, the location allows also convenient access to services (the shopping center is 300 meters away) and the historic center of Numana, which can be reached by climbing the ancient fishermen’s stairway (Costarella).

Furthermore, the large outdoor space and the equipment available offer our guests the opportunity to spend pleasant moments of relaxation while enjoying their meals in the open air, sitting comfortably under the the large loggia of the house.
