The interiors are pleasant and well furnished, composed of; living room with chairs and dining table, kitchenette, double bedroom with wardrobe, 2 bedrooms with single beds and wardrobes, 2 bathrooms with shower cabin. Pertinent parking space adjacent to the house.

Equipment; fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, color TV, air conditioning.

The cottage is located not far from the sports center equipped with tennis courts, swimming pools, archery, bar, restaurant; at mt. 400 there is a small shopping center that is practical for daily shopping.

To reach the beaches and the town center, at 100 meters there is a frequent stop for the free bus service made available by the Municipality of Numana, or a healthy walk through the green sea avenue closed to cars.

Conditions of withdrawal

If the withdrawal is due to travel restrictions following decrees or ordinances for the covid-19 emergency and communicated within 21 days before the start of the trip, it will be < strong>refunded to the traveler the entire fee of participation (with the exception of agency fees equal to 30 euros).
