The penthouse covers an area of approximately 110 sq. comprises: large living room with sofa, kitchenette and dining area, double bedroom and en suite bathroom (new) with shower cabin, bedroom with 2 single beds, 2nd bathroom (new) with shower cabin in the sleeping area.</ em>
Furnished with new furniture, convenient to services and evening stroll.
In the large solarium it will be possible to relax on comfortable sun loungers when you prefer not to go to the beach, or eat in the evening while enjoying the stroll of tourists in the square of the Sanctuary and the nocturnal panorama of the neighboring towns.
The terrace on the living room level is well equipped with furniture, covered by a pergola where you can have lunch and dinner in absolute privacy.</ em>
The equipment available are: color TV, wi-fi connection, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in the main bedroom, microwave oven, sun loungers, outdoor furniture.
The attic is located in the central square of Numana, so when you leave the house you will find all the < strong>services such as bars, restaurants, pharmacy, newspapers and tobacconists, shopping centre.
The beach is about mt. 400 which can be reached on foot or using a frequent free mini bus shuttle service made available by the beach resort “la Spiaggiola”.
Singular is the panoramic view of the sea and Monte Conero.

Prices include; utility costs, agency fees, final cleaning

Fee of stay €. 1.00 per person per day.
Conditions for withdrawal: If the withdrawal is due to travel restrictions following decrees or ordinances for the covid- 19 and communicated within 21 days before the start of the trip, the entire participation fee will be reimbursed to the traveler (with the exception of agency fees of €30).
