Description
In old Numana we rent a typical room with bathroom and use of the kitchen.
The room is located on the first floor of a small stone house located in the historic village, the “Costarella”, an ancient fishermen’s stairway which leads from the central part of the village to the beach and marina.
Located in the central area a short distance from the beach, convenient to all services such as the shopping center at 150m, evening stroll at 100m, bars, typical restaurants.
Once you have parked your car you will no longer need it, you can move everywhere on foot and reach the beaches of Numana Alta or “Spiaggiola” and that of “Frate” in a few minutes, comfortably on a walk across the quay of the tourist port.
Recently renovated in the interiors and bathroom (new), the room shows all its typicality in the original floor from the end of the “800” made up of painted ceramic tiles, various accessories placed in special wall shelves, period furniture.

Conditions of withdrawal
If the withdrawal is due to travel restrictions following decrees or ordinances for the covid-19 emergency and communicated within 21 days before of the start of the trip, the traveler will be reimbursed the entire fee (with the exception of agency fees equal to 30 euros).
