Lamoli

When you are tired of the sea and the sun, we recommend Lamoli, the Abbey of S. Michele Arcangelo which has housed the Museum since 1998 of “Delio Bischi” Natural Colors. Here, a journey awaits us on the origin, extraction and use of colors derived from the natural world, going back in time until synthetic colors appeared on the market in the early 1900s.

In the end, the visit can turn into an emotional and sensorial experience at the end of which… flowers, berries, leaves, roots and minerals they will have more secrets.

The museum of natural colors is located inside the Oasi San Benedetto, a spiritual structure. Obviously it is possible to buy the products made here, ranging from soaps to candles, from fabrics to yarns, from watercolors to tempera and real pigments.
