Rental conditions

BOOKING

The reservation will be considered confirmed after receiving the established deposit. The deposit must be paid by bank transfer within 3 days of receiving the coordinates, unless otherwise communicated.

BALANCE

The balance must be paid upon arrival, at our office in via Flaminia, 105 in Numana, upon delivery of the keys to the booked accommodation .

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT

The check in time is from 15:00 to 20:00 the  check out by 10:00. We offer maximum availability in trying to meet your needs: if you need the house before the set time, please let us know in time.
The delivery of the keys takes place in our office in via Flaminia, 105 in Numana.

BRING YOUR 4-LEGGED FRIEND ON HOLIDAY

In many of our apartments it is possible to introduce pets, upon notice. Furthermore, we have the possibility of contacting ‘la Casa del Cane, a boarding house located in the fraction of Poggio di Ancona which will be able to take care of the your animal friend, dog or cat.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• Those who communicate the booking cancellation from 30 days to 16 days before arrival will recover 50% of the deposit;
• Those who communicate the cancellation of the reservation from 15 days to 0 days before arrival will not be refunded the deposit.

TRANSPARENT BOOKING

On our website www.agenziahumana.com you will find the details of each of our properties.

The price displayed includes:

• consumption of water, electricity and gas
• garage or parking (where indicated in the single property sheet)
• agency skills
• clean and disinfected mattress covers

Additional costs:

• request for final cleaning: to be communicated at least the day before departure (if not requested, we accept do-it-yourself cleaning)
• request extra linen: bath, face and bidet towels
• tourist tax*: €1.00 per person per day
• Bed and bath linen service – face, bath and guest = €. 12.00 per person

*up to a maximum of 2 weeks of stay, valid only for homes in the Municipality of Numana

Other services, upon request:

• babysitter
• dog sitting
• car and scooter rental

Finally, a deposit is required at the beginning of the lease which will be returned upon departure, after checking the property.
