Villa Capitano Uncino – Numana

Wrapped in a gentle way interrupted by the chirping of birds, far from the noise of the beaches, offer the rental of a villa with a large garden and terrace. It is a ‘single dwelling with relevance to a large courtyard with trees and fenced, surrounded by the typical green of the Riviera del Conero. In the garden it is a practical place for barbecue cooking tasty grilled fish, while breakfast can be served in the veranda with table and chairs from which can be reached from a terrace furniture to have lunch enjoying a pleasant view of the sea and the wide colored field with multiple flowers adjoining the house. The town and the beaches of Numana are easy to reach by foot and by public transport free.

The villa consists of: room with sofa bed for 2 pax., well equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower, double bedroom, a small room with a single bed, 2nd bathroom with shower in the bedroom. The equipment available to our guests are: fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, color TV, deck chairs and loungers.
